These missions are generally designed to meet the following objectives : - Standardize procedures and information flow within the company;
- define the roles and responsibilities of each position;
- detecting design shortcomings and/or existing procedures application;
- increase empower of staff;
- improving the system flow of information and documents to maximize administrative efficiency and avoid bottlenecks;
- securing assets of the company by eliminating overlapping of incompatible finctions.
